تقدر تستبدل المنتج خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام.
العميل بيتحمل نص مصاريف الشحن فقط.
لازم الاسكراب يكون بحالته الأصلية.
الاسترجاع :
مسموح فقط أثناء المعاينة وقت الاستلام من مندوب الشحن مع دفع رسوم الشحن كاملة.
بعد الاستلام، لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب نصنيع واضح، وساعتها يتحمل Clever مصاريف الشحن
كاملة.
في حالة الاسترجاع لأي سبب آخر، بيتحمل العميل
مصاريف الشحن كاملة.

ملاحظات العناية بالزي الطبي
لضمان الحفاظ على جودة ومتانة الزي الطبي لأطول فترة ممكنة، يُرجى اتباع تعليمات العناية التالية بعناية:
١. الغسيل قبل الاستخدام الأول
يُنصح بغسل الزي قبل ارتدائه لأول مرة لإزالة أي بقايا من عملية التصنيع ولضمان نعومة القماش على البشرة.
٢. الغسيل في الغسالة
يُغسل بالماء البارد على درجة حرارة منخفضة (يفضل أقل من 30 درجة مئوية) للحفاظ على نعومة النسيج والألوان.
يُفضل استخدام دورة الغسيل اللطيف (Delicate Cycle) للحفاظ على الأقمشة بحالة جيدة.
يُغسل مع ألوان مماثلة لتجنب تغير اللون أو ظهور بقع غير مرغوبة.
٣. استخدام المنظفات والمبيضات
يُفضل استخدام منظفات خفيفة وخالية من المواد الكيميائية القوية التي قد تؤثر على متانة القماش.
عند الحاجة، يمكن استخدام مبيض خالٍ من الكلور لتجنب إضعاف النسيج أو تغيير لونه.
٤. التجفيف
يُفضل التجفيف على درجة حرارة منخفضة في المجفف (Tumble Dry Low) لتجنب انكماش القماش أو تلف الألياف.
يُمكن أيضًا تركه ليجف في الهواء الطلق بعيدًا عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة للحفاظ على اللون والنسيج.
٥. الكي
عند الحاجة، يُكوى الزي على درجة حرارة منخفضة لتجنب تلف القماش أو لمعانه بسبب الحرارة العالية.
يُفضل الكي من الجهة الداخلية لحماية سطح القماش الخارجي.
٦. الجودة والمتانة
