2. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• We accept credit/debit cards, Vodafone Cash, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) in select areas.

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.

• Prices are listed in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) and may change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to all governorates in Egypt, and shipping fees vary based on location.

• Estimated delivery time:
  ✔ Cairo & Giza: 2-3 business days
  ✔ Other Governorates: 3-5 business days

• If you provide an incorrect address or fail to receive your order, additional re-shipping fees may apply.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
