Return & Exchange Policy – Clever

At Clever, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that have not been worn or altered in any way.

  • Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Contact Us: Send a request via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or email with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2️⃣ Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we will provide the return address. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back.
3️⃣ Inspection & Processing: After receiving the item, we will inspect it. If it meets our conditions, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, we will exchange the item based on availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged items.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
