At Clever, we ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience across all governorates in Egypt. Below are the details of our shipping policy, including costs, delivery times, and important guidelines.

1. Delivery Areas & Estimated Time

🚚 We deliver nationwide! Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Cairo & Giza: 2-3 business days

• Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 3-4 business days

• Upper Egypt & Other Governorates: 4-5 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

2. Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping Fee: Starts from 65 EGP (Varies based on location).

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Service: Available for an additional fee.

• For large orders, shipping costs may vary depending on weight and quantity.

3. Order Processing

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours before shipping.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking update with estimated delivery time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD is available in select areas with an extra service fee.

• Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

• If the order is refused or the delivery attempt fails multiple times, future orders may require prepayment.

5. Important Shipping Guidelines

✔ If you need to change your delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
